$781 (homes purchased after 1/1/2016) (dues rate plus the pool fees = total = $350 + $431 = $781)

If a tier 1 resident would like to add the pool membership, then pay tier 2. Outside pool membership: $750 which include use of the pool, tennis courts, socials, and other common space.
