Boot Camp Classes
All classes meet inside the Mountain Shadows Clubhouse. Boot Camp will run on a Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday schedule. You can join anytime, but the next official session starts March 2. In this month-long round and you have the option of 12, 8, or 4 classes, however drop in rates are available.
Modifications make this a great class for all ages and fitness levels. All classes will be held in and around the Clubhouse at 422 Shadow Pkwy. If the weather is nice, be prepared to be outdoors!
This is a month-long program that will focus on strength training using body weight and other equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and TRX. It will be a circuit style class that will improve strength while building endurance. The class will be high intensity, but progressions and regressions of exercises will be offered at all sessions.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:15am

About the Trainer:
Adrian Copeland has been a certified personal trainer since 2009. He has a background in various sports and fitness programs. Among others, Adrian has specialties in strength and conditioning programming, obstacle course training, and weight loss. Adrian’s focus is on proper progression of exercises that are built from a strong foundation. He strongly believes proper technique and execution of exercises are important in building this foundation. Adrian works with all fitness levels and helps achieve or exceed the goals they have set for themselves. He challenges you to push beyond expectations.
