TIER 1
$404 (homes purchased prior to 1/1/2016)
TIER 2
$857 (homes purchased after 1/1/2016) (dues rate plus the pool fees = total = $404 + $453 = $857)
POOL MEMBERSHIP ADD-ON FOR TIER 1 RESIDENTS
$453 in addition to current Tier 1 dues.
OUTSIDE POOL MEMBERSHIP
$835 which include use of the pool, tennis courts, socials, and other common space.
