Our common space in Mountain Shadows offers our residents many opportunities to relax and play outside. We have a large community pool complete with a diving board, baby pool, lifeguards on duty, large gas grill, commercial ice machine to fill your coolers, tables with seating and lounge chairs.
The adjacent clubhouse offers a space for neighborhood events as well as private rentals.
Within our common space, there are two lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a playground, and abundant outdoor space to walk and play. JUST OPENED in 2025 is the new Mountain Shadows Park and community garden!
